Job Opportunity: Outsourced Services Manager
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

MGK Consulting is a dynamic and growing professional services firm offering outsourced business solutions including Accounting, Payroll, and Fund Management, audit and advisory services.
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Outsourced Services Manager to lead and grow our Outsourced Business Services division. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, client management, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of outsourced Accounting, Payroll, and Fund Management services
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Review financial reports, payroll outputs, tax and statutory filings, and fund reports for accuracy and compliance
- Provide clients with financial insights, advisory support, and business guidance
- Drive business development through client expansion, referrals, and new opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure efficient processes, system utilization, and continuous improvement
- Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA(K), ACCA or equivalent qualification (mandatory)
- 6–8 years’ relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or outsourced services
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and service delivery
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems, payroll platforms and tax/ statutory platforms
